Life Zone Akko is a compound built on an innovative residential concept, designed to create a genuine quality of life and an empowering community life.
Two 34-storey towers are planned on the eastern side, with additional residential buildings surrounding the public spaces at the heart of the compound.
That is where community life will grow: benches under pergolas, play areas for every age, a place to meet and to live.
At street level, street-front retail will give residents easy access to a bakery, a café, a butcher and everything else needed for a good quality of life.
At the heart of the compound will be the Life Zone rooms, open to all residents: exercise mat rooms, a gym, a residents’ club and more.

The Railway Promenade and the bike path are central to the compound. They connect it to the new HaKerem neighborhood and the park at its heart, to the college to the east, to the neighborhoods to the north, to the train station, the Metronit station, the city center and the shopping area to the south, and to the sea to the west.

The residential buildings surround the public spaces at the heart of the compound, so children walk straight out of the house onto the lawns without crossing a road.
Benches under pergolas, play areas for every age, paths and lawns, and trees along the sidewalks.

The project is developed by Ari Urieli Ltd., creator of the Life Zone method and former CEO of Tidhar Construction, together with Barak Investments Ltd.
Together they own Yahad Real Estate Ltd., which specializes in urban renewal.
The compound was designed by Orit Shmueli Architecture.
